The Platform may charge fees for certain services. All fees are clearly displayed before any transaction. Payment processing is handled securely through our payment partners.

7. Limitation of Liability

MyProsHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Users may also close their accounts at any time.
